These are my final design for my project reviving Russian Arts and Crafts in a comtemporary context. The designs are intended for cushions and are based on the patterns and motifs found on traditional Russian shawls and kercheifs. The designs are laser cut showing use of one of today's most contemporary techniques within textiles. The coloured collection is silk on green and blue hues and the more neutral collection is in pale gold and cream silk habotai.
